We will continue our efforts to provide a strong tennis academy environment for players who show promise and the desire to rise to intermediate and advanced levels of play. By renting indoor and outdoor court space, we augment our planned curriculum by bringing the guest professionals and mentors to train and inspire the players.
- PAST&E Tennis Academy serves as the next developmental step for current PAST&E participants who show promise and the desire to rise to intermediate and advanced levels of play.
- Enhance player instruction by hosting tennis clinics featuring local USPTA Instructional Tennis Pros. Additional weekly practices led by our own PAST&E Tennis Academy Director, Margot Charlton and her coaching staff.
- Players participate in USTA Junior Team Tennis and other competitive junior tournaments held in the Pacific Northwest Section.
- Players participate in a mentoring program where they work, play and encourage with younger PAST&E participants.
PAST&E Tennis Academy players are held to a high standard of performance in both academics and sportsmanship. They also learn how to string racquets, take care of their personal tennis equipment and also, learn about court maintenance.
